Meggan N. Ring, 32, of Sabetha was arrested on Nov. 5 by the NMSO on a Nemaha County Warrant for failure to appear. Ring was released on $50 cash bond on Nov. 5 with a court date of Dec. 6 at 9:30 a.m.
Michael F. Vogel was released on Nov. 8 on a $1,727 own recognizance bond with a court date of Dec. 13 at 2 p.m.
Kerry E. Dahlke, 53, of Independence, Mo., was booked into the Nemaha County Jail on Nov. 9 on Nemaha County warrants for failure to appear and trafficking contraband into a correctional facility. Dahlke remains in custody with bonds set at $775 and $5,000.
At 9:28 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 6, Robert A. Wolfgang, 50, of Seneca was traveling eastbound on U.S. Highway 36 just east of E Road when he struck a deer. He was driving a 2003 Ford F150 pickup. Damage was listed at more than $1,000.
At 6:44 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 8, Debra Deters, 55, of Centralia was traveling north on G Road just north of 80th Road when she struck a deer. She was driving a 2008 Dodge Grand Caravan. Damage was listed at more than $1,000.
At 6:55 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 8, Raymond Staley, 33, of Centralia was traveling north on G Road just north of 72nd Road when he struck a deer. He was driving a 1993 Chevrolet 2500. Damage was listed at more than $1,000.
At 9:48 a.m. Wednesday, Nov. 9, Justin Rugar, 22, of Topeka was traveling southbound on V Rd just north of 192nd Road when his vehicle left the roadway and struck some signs. He was driving a 2005 Ford F150. Damage was listed at more than $1,000.
REPORTED CRIMES / INCIDENT RESPONSES
Between Oct. 20 and Nov. 1, an unknown person or persons forced entry to a residence at 428 2nd Street in Wetmore. Among items removed were two televisions, DVD player, and frozen foods. Loss was estimated at more than $2,450 loss.
