Duo scheduled for preliminary hearings
The two teens who have been charged in connection with the vandalism at Wetmore Academic Center (WAC) appeared in court Tuesday, Oct. 10.
Jarred Kramer, 18, of Netawaka and Jayme Tyler Hodge, 18, of Netawaka appeared in court for their first appearances last week. Both defendants were appointed attorneys and were scheduled for their preliminary hearings on Tuesday, Oct. 24, at 3:30 p.m.
Both Kramer and Hodge have been charged with burglary, felony criminal damage to property and theft.
These charges stem from a vandalism at WAC, in which it is alleged that Kramer and Hodge broke into WAC in the early morning hours of Thursday, Aug. 3, during which property was both damaged and stolen.
The total cost of damages was estimated at approximately $65,000.
