Wetmore High School vandalism cases continued
The two teens who have been charged in connection with the vandalism at Wetmore Academic Center (WAC) have had their preliminary hearings continued.
Jarred Kramer, 18, and Jayme Tyler Hodge, 18, both of Netawaka, were scheduled to appear in court at 3:30 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 24, but both cases were continued at the request of their respective attorneys. New dates had not been scheduled as of Thursday, Oct. 26.
Both Kramer and Hodge have been charged with burglary, felony criminal damage to property and theft. These charges stem from a vandalism at WAC, in which it is alleged that Kramer and Hodge broke into WAC in the early morning hours of Thursday, Aug. 3, during which property was both damaged and stolen.
The total cost of damages was estimated at approximately $65,000.
