Skyler Crowe, 23, of Minden, Neb., was released on Nov. 22 on time served.
Timothy Busch, 41, of Marysville was arrested by the Marysville Police Department (PD) on Nov. 22 on charges of driving while a habitual violator. He was released on the same day on a $1,000 surety bond with a court date of Jan. 10, 2018.
Jacob Feldkamp, 29, of Seneca was arrested by the Nemaha County Sheriff’s Office on Nov. 22 for a probation violation. He was released on Nov. 22 on a $5,000 surety bond with a court date of Dec. 5 at 11 a.m.
Raymond Finney, 45, of Seneca was arrested by the Seneca PD on Nov. 24 on charges of domestic battery. He was released on the same day on a $2,000 surety bond with a court date of Dec. 20 at 5 p.m.
Jonathan Esslinger, 30, of Marysville was arrested by the Marysville PD on Nov. 26 on charges of battery and disorderly conduct. He remains in custody.
At 3:45 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 21, Jonathan Barnett, 15, of Wetmore was traveling southbound on W4 Road approximately 0.1 mile south of Kansas Highway 9 when his rear tire blew causing his vehicle to roll over. Barnett was driving a 1996 Jeep Grand Cherokee. More than $1,000 damage is estimated.
At 8:01 a.m. Wednesday, Nov. 22, Jerry Gay, 38, of Delia was traveling northbound on Q Road approximately 150 feet from 184th Road, when he slowed down to turn at an intersection. Mandy Deters, 34, of Seneca was also traveling northbound on Q Road and struck the back of Gay’s vehicle. Gay was driving a 2013 Kenworth DS, and Deters was driving a 2006 Chevy Equinox. Deters was transported by ambulance for her injuries.
At 4:56 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 25, Daniel Broxterman, 67, of Seneca was traveling northbound on E Road approximately 0.4 mile north of 24th Road when he struck a deer. Broxterman was driving a 2017 Dodge Ram. More than $1,000 damage is estimated.
