ARRESTS

Jason Wassenberg, 29, of Marysville was released on Nov. 29 on a $5,000 own recognizance bond with a court date of Dec. 19 at 1:30 p.m.

Robert Pacha, 50, of Home was arrested by the Marysville Police Department on Nov. 30 on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Pacha was released on Dec. 1 on a $800 surety bond with a court date of Jan. 10, 2018 at 5 p.m.

Dalton Fletcher, 24, of Sabetha was arrested by the Sabetha Police Department on Dec. 1 on an out of county warrant for parole violation. Fletcher remains in custody.

Charity Martin, 43, of Seneca was arrested by the Seneca Police Department on Dec. 2 on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of stimulant. Martin remains in custody.

ACCIDENTS

At 5:15 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 21, Rex Farwell, 67, of Seneca was traveling westbound on 232nd Road approximately .25 mile west of Kansas Highway 63 when he struck a deer. Farwell was driving a 2013 GMC Sierra. Less than $1,000 damage is estimated.

At 6 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 28, John Reeder, 50, of Bern was traveling north on Kansas Highway 63 approximately .25 mile north of 208th Road when he struck a deer. Reeder was driving a 2000 Ford Econoline. More than $1,000 damage is estimated.

At 7:01 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 2, William Shockey, 73, of Goff was traveling southbound on Kansas Highway 63 approximately .6 mile north of Eighth Road when he struck a deer. Shockey was driving a 1998 Toyota Corolla.
