ARRESTS

Lacey N. Jones, 26, of Centralia was arrested on Dec. 28, 2017, by the Nemaha County Sheriff’s Office (NMSO) on a Butler County warrant for probation violation. She was released on $500 surety bond with a court date of Jan. 10 at 9:30 a.m.

Megan Vaughn was released on Dec. 28, 2017 to Prisoner Transport Services for transfer to the custody of Marion County, Ind.

Felina M. Ibarra, 26, of Sabetha was arrested by the Sabetha Police Department (PD) on Dec. 29, 2017, for the offenses of disorderly conduct, domestic battery, possession of marijuana and paraphernalia. She was released on Dec. 31, 2017, on $5,000 surety bond with a court date of Jan. 25 at 4 p.m.

Jacob Asher, 24, of Sabetha was arrested by the Sabetha PD on Dec. 29, 2017, on charges of disorderly conduct, domestic battery, possession of marijuana and paraphernalia and criminal restraint. He was released on Dec. 30, 2017, on a $6,000 surety bond. Court is set for Jan. 25 at 4 p.m.

Rusel Morales, 39, of Noblesville, Ind., was released to the custody of Lincoln County, Ind., on Dec. 29, 2017.

Shellby Pritchard, 23, of Mckinleyville, Calif., was arrested by the NMSO on Dec. 30, 2017, on charges of possession of marijuana. He remains in custody with no bond set.

Louie C. Pasini, 36, of San Francisco, Calif., was arrested on Dec. 30, 2017, by the NMSO on a warrant from Otoe County, Neb., for battery of a law enforcement officer. He also is in custody for the local charge of possession of marijuana. He remains in custody with no bond set.
