Kimberly Dochow Schock, 60, of Sabetha died Thursday, Jan. 4, 2018, surrounded by her family at Harry Hynes Memorial Hospice in Wichita.
She was born April 10, 1957, in Eureka to James L. and Darlene Dochow. Kim grew up in Park City and graduated from Valley Center High School in Valley Center in 1975.
Kimberly was preceded in death by her father, James “Jim” L. Dochow; her mother, Thelma Darlene Dochow; and her brother James Michael “Mike” Dochow.
She is survived by her husband, Richard Schock; her brother, Gary (Ronda) Dochow; six children, Alisha Brown, Joshua (Deven) Smith, Erin (Ryan) McCallister, Tim Smith, Mackenzie Smith and Katlyn Smith; step-son Ryan Carver; four grandchildren, Ava Hall, Wrigley Smith, Reagan Brown and Kennedy Birk; many nieces and nephews; and other family.
Memorial services will be held at Westview Baptist Church at 1325 S Meridian in Wichita at 11 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 13, with lunch to follow. Flowers may be sent to the church on Friday for memorial service on Saturday.
