ARRESTS

Donald Larson, 35, of Humboldt, Neb., was booked into the Nemaha County Jail on Jan. 4 on a local Nemaha County warrant for probation violation. Bond is set at $7,500. He is also being held on charges for Jackson County and Brown County.

Chandlor Kieffer, 20, of Seneca was arrested by the Seneca PD on Jan. 4 on charges of aggravated assault. Bond has not been set yet.

Christopher McGraw, 23, of Marysville was released to the custody of Marshall County on Jan. 5.

Kelly Tuttle, 49, of Marysville was released to the custody of Marshall County on Jan. 5.

Bobbie Spomer, 21, of Seneca was released on a $5,000 surety bond on Jan. 5. Court is set for 1:30 p.m. on Jan. 16.

Nathan Stohs, 35, of Marysville was released to the custody of Marshall County on Jan. 5.

Tad Alfrey was released on Jan. 6 on $5,000 surety bond with a court date of Jan. 11 at 9:45 a.m.

ACCIDENTS

At 7:10 a.m. Thursday, Jan. 4, Bruce Heideman, 56, of Corning was traveling northbound on Kansas Highway 63 approximately .6 mile north of 96th Road when he struck a deer. Heideman was driving a 2005 GMC 2500. Damage was estimated at more than $1,000.

At 1:53 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 30, Codey D. Wamsley, 22, of Powhattan was traveling northbound on Section Line Road in Wetmore approximately 70 feet south of Sixth Street when he left the roadway to the right and struck several mailboxes, a trash can and a tree. He was driving a 2005 Dodge pickup. Damage was estimate at more than $1,000.

At 7:57 a.m. Monday, Jan. 8, Devin Ronnebaum, 15, of Centralia was traveling eastbound on 56th Road, 251 feet east of E Road, when he lost control of his vehicle and left the roadway, causing it to overturn. Ronnebaum was driving a 2004 GMC Pickup. Damage was estimated at more than $1,000.
