Marcus Henninger, 25, of Goff was arrested by the Nemaha County Sheriff’s Office (NMSO) on Feb. 3 on a Nemaha County warrant for failure to appear. Henninger was released on Feb. 5 on a $525 own recognizance (OR) bond. His court date is set for March 12 at 11 a.m.
William Franks, 33, of Sabetha was arrested by the NMSO on Feb. 4 on a Jackson County warrant for failure to appear. Franks was released to the custody of Jackson County on Feb. 6.
Glenda Jones, 42, of St. Joseph, Mo., was arrested by the Sabetha Police Department (PD) on Feb. 4 on a Sabetha failure to appear warrant. Jones was released on Feb. 6 on a $200 own recognizance bond. Court is set for March 15 at 4 p.m.
Rebecca Oden, 28, of Seneca was arrested by the Seneca PD on Feb. 5 on charges of driving without a valid license. She was released on Feb. 5 on a $175 cash bond with court set for March 21 at 5 p.m.
Chandlor Kieffer, 20, of Seneca was released on Feb. 6 on a $1,000 surety bond with a court date of April 3 at 1:30 p.m.
Shawn Creamer, 21, of Seneca was arrested by the Seneca PD on Feb. 7 on charges of criminal trespass and theft of property/services. Creamer remains in custody.
At 6:35 a.m. Monday, Jan. 29, Travis A. Bream, 28, of Topeka was traveling eastbound on 192nd just west of W4 Road following Jason G. Markley, 33, of Topeka, who came to a stop in the roadway. Bream struck the rear of Markley’s vehicle. Bream was driving a 2007 Dodge Cailber, and Markley was driving a 2001 Ford Escape. Damage was estimated at more than $1,000.
At 6:30 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 30, Andrea Lutz, 40, of Seneca was traveling northbound on E Road 100 feet north of Eighth Road when she struck a deer. Lutz was driving a 2003 Honda Accord. Damage is estimated at more than $1,000.
At 10:15 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 30, Bernice Glissman, 71, of Centralia was traveling northbound on Kansas Highway 63 approximately 0.2 mile north of 24th Road when she struck two deer. Glissman was driving a 2013 Ford Edge. Damage was estimated at less than $1,000.
At 9:50 a.m. Wednesday, Jan. 31, Jeffry McGee, 17, of Bern was traveling northbound on O4 Road approximately 392 feet south of 224th Road when he lost control of his vehicle, causing him to go into the east ditch and strike a tree. McGee was driving a 2002 Mercury Sable. Damage was estimated at more than $1,000.
