Kansas Highway Patrol 4.1.18

At 2:49 pm. Sunday, April 1, a 2000 Ford SUV was traveling westbound on Kansas Highway 9, 0.4 mile west of O Road in Jackson County, when the driver Raina Koelliker, 24, of Horton lost control of the vehicle and ran off the roadway into the south embankment. The vehicle overturned multiple times and came to a rest on its top. R. Koelliker was taken to Holton Community Hospital with possible injuries. Alvana Crismas, 16, of Horton also received possible injuries in the accident. Two other occupants of the vehicle – Fannoch Koelliker, 3 months, and Alexander Erbes, 2, both of Horton – received no injuries and were wearing proper safety restraints. Crismas was wearing a seatbelt at the time of the accident, while R. Koelliker was not wearing a seatbelt.
