Morrill City Council 4.16.18

The Morrill City Council met in regular session Monday, April 16, with members Todd Gruber, Dan Halstead and Bob Baumgartner present, Mayor Roger Price presiding, and Superintendent Lee Wymer also present.
Minutes and vouchers were approved.
Addie Huning presented costs needed to maintain the Brown County Humane Society and asked for an annual donation of $500 per year. The matter was tabled to allow more council members to be present before making a decision.
City Attorney Meghan Voracek said the small claims court will be having a date set in court. Municipal court procedures were discussed. The council appointed Ashley Martinez as the service processor. The council also discussed ordinances the council would like to change.
Wymer stated the bucket truck has been repaired. Concerning the residence with the sewer violation, it was mentioned what to be done to fix the problem.
After reviewing the delinquent accounts, it was decided to shut off five services if payments are not made.
