Daniel Russo, 48, of Omaha, Neb., was booked into the Nemaha County Jail on May 7 on a Nemaha County warrant for sexual exploitation of a child. He was released on the same day on a $50,000 surety bond. Court is set for June 7 at 9:30 a.m.
Emilio Ramirez, 31, of Topeka was arrested by the Seneca Police Department on May 8 on an order to arrest and detain from Shawnee County. He was released to the custody of Shawnee County on the same day.
Daysya Uzoma, 18, of St. Joseph, Mo., was arrested by the Seneca Police Department on May 9 on charges of battery. Uzoma remains in custody and bond has not been set.
At 5:25 a.m. Sunday, May 6, Shannon Frikken, 24, of Seneca was traveling southbound on Kansas Highway 63, 0.5 mile north of 208th Road when her vehicle lost oil, causing it to roll into the ditch and catch fire. Frikken was driving a 1985 Ford F150. Damage is estimated at more than $1,000.

Sometime between 5:30 p.m. Saturday, March 31, and 11:24 a.m. Tuesday, April 2, an unknown individual entered a residence at 552 120th Road and removed tools. Approximate loss is estimated at $600.
Sometime between noon Thursday, May 3, and 8:20 a.m. Friday, May 4, an unknown individual removed three swings from the swing set at the Wetmore Academic Center at 321 Sixth Street in Wetmore. Approximate loss is estimated at $150.
