Two Sabetha seniors are Gallon Grads

Community Blood Center recognizes two students graduating from Sabetha High School as Gallon Grads – Laurel Smith and Larke Edelman. The gallon grad award goes to students who donated blood eight or more times before graduating from high school to reach the gallon mark. They received a red cord to be worn at graduation, a gallon pin, and a certificate of achievement. Students who have reached the one gallon mark show a commitment to helping others and civic responsibility and should be very proud of their accomplishment. Congratulations from Community Blood Center. Pictured are (L-R) National Honor Society Sponsor Monica Edelman, Laurel Smith, Community Blood Center’s Melissa Boohar, and Larke Edelman.
