It also alleges that Russo promoted a performance that included sexually explicit conduct by a child under 18 years of age.

This case was investigated by the Nemaha County Sheriff’s Department, the Hiawatha Police Department, and the Omaha Police Department. Russo was released from the Nemaha County Jail after posting a $50,000 bond.

Russo is scheduled for sentencing at 10:30 a.m. Thursday, Nov. 1.
