Law Enforcement Report: Nemaha County Sheriff

ARRESTS

Crystal Miller, 36, of Sabetha was arrested by the Sabetha Police Department (PD) on Sept. 12 on charges of domestic battery. Miller remains in custody. Miller was released on Sept. 15 on $2,000 surety bond with a court date of Oct. 18 at 4 p.m.

Dannyel Sutton-Feldkamp, 39, of Seneca was arrested by the Nemaha County Sheriff’s Office (NMSO) on Sept. 12 on a Nemaha County warrant for theft. Sutton-Feldkamp was released by the court on the same day.

William Wisdom, 34, of Hiawatha was arrested by the NMSO on Sept. 12 on a Cloud County warrant for failure to pay. He was released on the same day on a $200 cash bond. Court is set for Sept. 26 at 9 a.m.

Randy A. Davis, 33, of Oneida was arrested on Sept. 14 by the NMSO on a Nemaha County warrant for failure to appear. He remains in custody with bond set at $500.

Joshua W. Hass, 26, of Salem, Neb., was arrested by the Sabetha PD on Sept. 15 for the offense of driving under the influence. He was released on Sept. 15 on $1,000 surety bond with a court date of Oct. 18 at 4 p.m.

ACCIDENTS

At 8:15 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 11, Marshalla Allen, 58, of Centralia was traveling southbound on Kansas Highway 63, 0.1 mile north of 104th Road, when she struck a deer. Allen was driving a 2016 Ford Escape. More than $1,000 damage is estimated.

At 7:34 a.m. Thursday, Sept. 13, Noah Quigley, 16, of Corning was traveling northbound on J Road, 7 feet south of Kansas Highway 9 when he lost control of his vehicle causing him to go into the ditch. Quigley was driving a 2004 Dodge Pickup. Damage was listed at less than $1,000.
