Randy A. Davis was released on Sept. 24 on a $500 own recognizance (OR) bond with a court date of Oct. 22 at 1 p.m.
Nicholas S. Peeples, 41, of Phoenix, Ariz., was booked into the Nemaha County Jail on Sept. 27 on a Nemaha County warrant for felony probation violation and a Marshall County warrant for failure to appear. Peeples remains in custody with bond set at $5,000 for each warrant.
Freida A. Ivy, 49, of Sabetha was arrested on Sept. 27 by the Sabetha Police Department (PD) for the offense of criminal damage to property. She was released on $500 OR bond on Sept. 29 with a court date of Oct. 11 at 4 p.m.
Terry A. Ivy, 28, of Sabetha was arrested on Sept. 27 by the Nemaha County Sheriff’s Office (NMSO) on a felony Tennessee warrant. He remains in custody awaiting extradition.
Cory Epple, 52, of Sabetha was arrested by Sabetha PD on Sept. 29 on charges of driving under the influence and transporting an open container. Epple was released on Sept. 29 on a $1,250 cash bond. Court is set for Nov. 15 at 4 p.m.
Gary N. Roose, 18, of Topeka was booked into the Nemaha County Jail on Sept. 30 on a Nemaha County warrant for failure to appear and a Marshall County warrant for felony theft and criminal damage. He remains in custody with bonds set at $10,000 and $5,000.
Albert J. Scott, III, 31, of Goff was arrested by Seneca PD on Sept. 29 for the offenses of aggravated assault on law enforcement officer, aggravated assault, aggravated battery, aggravated burglary, criminal deprivation of property, and criminal possession of a weapon by a felon. Scott remains in custody and bond has not been set.
At 9:41 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 22, Dale Golde, 49, of Rossville was traveling southbound on Kansas Highway 63, 0.2 mile south of Eighth Road, when he struck a deer. Golde was driving a 2013 Ford Explorer. Damage was listed at more than $1,000.
