Court Update: Gage Gresham
CA Sabetha man who was arrested in May 2018 for child sex crimes has had his sentencing continued. Gage Gresham, 20, was scheduled to appear in court Thursday, Dec. 6, for sentencing, but his appearance has now been continued until Thursday, Jan. 10.
At his arraignment in November, Gresham entered a plea of no contest and was convicted of two counts of indecent liberties with a child. According to Nemaha County Attorney Brad Lippert, a third charge of criminal sodomy was dismissed as part of the plea agreement.
Gresham was arrested on Saturday, May 26, and charged with aggravated indecent liberties with a child, criminal sodomy and indecent liberties with a child. According to the complaint, it is alleged that Gresham engaged in sexual intercourse, sodomy and lewd fondling or touching with a 15-year-old child.
This case was investigated by the Sabetha Police Department.
