‘Whine about Winter’ event set for this Saturday

Does all this winter weather have you feeling a bit down and a little blue? Well does the Seneca Area Chamber and Downtown Impact have the solution for you: Whine about Winter! This great event is in its fourth year and offers those who attend a great opportunity to try out 12 varieties of wine while also shopping and visiting lovely downtown Seneca. Twelve participating businesses will be open from 4 to 8 p.m. Saturday, March 16, for this unique event.
It will all start with check in at the Altenhofen Inn and Suites, located at 1615 North Street in Seneca, check-in times are from 4 to 7 p.m. From there you will be handed your list of all the participating businesses and the wines that they will be serving and be free to shop and taste to your heart’s content until 8 p.m.
Tickets are on sale now at the Seneca Chamber office, 523 Main Street and are $10 before the event but will be $15 the day of the event. We have a maximum of 100 tickets available, so get them while they last! The day of the event, any tickets still available can be purchased at Altenhofen Inn and Suites during the check in time.
Other participating businesses are: Soul Provider, KMZA, Buggy Days Antiques, The Market Greenhouse and Garage, Cornerstone Coffee Haus, Seneca Variety, The Picture Park, CMT DeSigns, Seneca Furniture, Picture This and The Shoe Center.
