Nemaha County Sheriff 3.11.19


Kelly R. Willard, 40, of St. Joseph, Mo., was booked into the Nemaha County Jail on March 10. She is being held on charges of possession of stolen property, fleeing or attempting to elude a law enforcement officer, aggravated battery on a law enforcement officer, and criminal damage to property. Bond has not been set. Willard is the suspect of the pursuit on March 7 ending near 56th and G Roads south of Centralia.


At 9:47 p.m. Thursday, March 7, Piper Laune, 17, of Seneca was traveling westbound on 184th Road, 0.5 mile east of W Road, when her vehicle left the roadway and went into the south ditch. Laune was driving a 2008 Pontiac G6. Damage was estimated at more than $1,000.

At 6:50 p.m. Friday, March 8, Eugene Feldkamp, 76, of Centralia was traveling westbound on Kansas Highway 9, 0.3 mile East of K2 Road, when he struck a deer. Feldkamp was driving a 2017 Buick Envision. Damage was estimated at more than $1,000.

At 2 p.m. Saturday, March 9, Jessica Winkler, 31, of Wetmore was traveling eastbound on 96th Road, 0.7 mile east of Q Road, when she lost control of her vehicle on the muddy road, causing her to slide into the south ditch. Winkler was driving a 2007 Honda CRV. Damage was estimated at more than $1,000.
