David Frey stated he had issued one citation and several warnings — mentioning one individual has made an attempt toward cleaning up their property. Several have not done anything due possibly to the weather, and he will reevaluate their progress. Fire Chief Charlie Gruber asked if Fairview’s ambulance could be stored in the fire barn due to all the EMTs being located locally and no EMTs are in the Fairview area. Council said it would be okay if there is room. Gruber said there is room.
The matter of a new mower was tabled until all council members are present.
Bobby Crowson stated the potential buyer for his building had backed out and asked for an extension to do some repairs. The matter was tabled until the next meeting to allow all members to be present before making a decision.
