Michael Vogel, 29, of Sabetha was released on April 30 on a $2,500 own recognizance bond. Court is set for May 15 at 11 a.m.
Lenna Kouts, 42, of Sabetha was released on April 30 on time served.
Zachariah Heiman, 19, of Baileyville was released on May 1 on a $5,000 cash bond. Court is set for May 13 at 9:30 a.m.
William Carr, 64, of Topeka was arrested by the Seneca Police Department (PD) on May 2 on charges of possession of an opiate, drug paraphernalia, and ignition interlock required, as well as a Nemaha County warrant for failure to appear.
Albert Jennings Scott III, 31, of Goff was released to the custody of Kansas Department of Corrections (KDOC) on May 2.
Tristen B. Stinnett, 35, of Sabetha was arrested by the Sabetha PD on May 2 for the offenses of driving while suspended, driving without an ignition interlock device, and endangering a child. He was released on May 2 on $2,250 cash bond with a court date of May 28 at 10 a.m.
At 1:09 p.m. Friday, April 26, Leonard H. Burdick, 57, of Sabetha was traveling northbound on Kansas Highway 187 approximately 1/4 mile south of U.S. Highway 36 when he left the roadway overturning in the ditch. He was driving a 1997 GMC Kodiac Truck. Damage was listed at more than $1,000.
At 6:07 p.m. Thursday, May 2, Jeremy Penix, 18, of Centralia was attempting to back out of a parking stall at Sixth Street and Commercial Street in Centralia when he struck another vehicle. Penix was driving a 2006 Chrysler Sebring. The other vehicle was a 2004 Nissan 350z.
At 8:50 p.m. Friday, May 3, Frederick T. Frye, 70, of Morrill was traveling westbound on 184th Road, 1/2 mile east of V Road, when he struck a deer. He was driving a 2002 Ford pickup. Damage was listed at more than $1,000.
